As part of a netcompany team helping P&O Ferries with their technology transformation, I created deliverables for ferry customers booking journeys, prototyping new functionalities and addressing pain points of P&O users. I also worked with P&O on a B2B application for freight customers prototypying a new solution to track and manage freight bookings and vehicles.
